Sponsoring Do's and Do's!

Yes, Sponsoring Do's and Do's because why should we focus on Dont's when there are so many Do's we can apply to our business as we grow! Here are some recruiting tips - what to share, who to share with and where to share. Yes, chock full of Do's!

Do Share With Everyone:
Your love of your products and company.
What you love best of your products and company.
Why you chose your company and products.
Your personal story and how your journey began.
What the difference has been in your life after you joined your company.
Your excitement for the future with your company.
Your yearly goal and where you'll be in a year with your company.
What upcoming events you are getting ready for with your company.
Annual Conventions, Conferences, Incentive Trips, Prizes.
Personal Parties and Sale Incentives & Promos you have going on.

Do Look For Prospects:
Everyone makes a great prospect, so do share the opportunity with eveyrone.
Look for prospects who are local and out of state. Grow your business wide.
Look for College students, family members, co-workers, friends, hosts/hostesses, teachers, realtors, military spouses, nurses, customers, and other Direct Selling Reps and Consultants.
Keep an eye out for prospects during your parties and events.
Look for prospects at Job Fairs and Fundraising events.

Do Sponsor Local Prospects:
Great Team Building with local networking and idea sharing.
Local team meetings in person.
Hands-On training in person.
Personal Training and Coaching during events and parties.
Product swaps are more convenient with local team members.

Do Sponsor Out of State Prospects:
Not limited to zip codes, grow your team nation wide.
Long-term success with a growing, cross-country team.
Spread your exposure nation-wide.
Distance trainings via conference calls, webinars, skype, videos.
Non-local events & fundraising yield exposure and nation-wide promotion.
Ask for out of state referrals and communicate host and biz opp.
Social Media and Networking Sites are great for out of state sponsoring.
Take your business on vacation with you and find prospects.
Join online common interest groups and share your biz opp.
Make donations to non-profits, events and fundraisers and look for prospects.

Once you are growing your team, remember this is an ongoing income producing activity, sponsoring and recruiting should be a part of your daily business activities. From the beginning, educate your new recruits on the importance of long-term success. Sponsoring is key for long term success! Offer incentives for team members who sponsor and who grow the team!

Tips on Sponsoring New Recruits

With the start of the New Year, it's always important to set goals for growth. If you consistently grow your team wide and deep, you will enjoy success. Here are some tips on how to get leads for potential recruits. Start the new year with fresh vision of growth and watch your team bloom!

1.  Take some time to go through training videos, calls and notes about recruiting and sponsoring. Keep the vision fresh in your mind, and see it come to pass!

2.  Keep an eye out for Rock Star hosts and hostesses, sign them up and have that party be their launch party. Get them to see your vision of growth and set goals with them to reach their fast track, shooting star and pacesetter awards as soon as they sign up! Get your team moving!

3.  Market and promote yourself in social networking as a Team Leader and Trainer. Get your vision out there and invite others to join your team and run with your team's vision!

4.  Reach out to some loyal customers and find out if any family members want to join your team and they can then support their family member as their loyal customer. Don't look at it as losing a loyal customer, but as gaining a new team member who will branch out and expand their customer base with your help and coaching.

5.  Share the business opportunity with everyone you meet. Talk about growth, share your vision and let everyone know you are looking for partners and team members who want to start the new year fresh. Share your vision and let others run with it and have a team that blooms!

6.  Host some events, attend some events and look out for those special people looking for a business opportunity. Share the benefits of your company, products, compensation plan and your training and coaching.  Share your vision of growth!

7.  Do a Recruiting Bltiz. Call past customers, hosts, hostesses, leads and let them know what your company is offering this month as a start up bonus, share the compensation plan and let them know you are sponsoring new team members and wanted to give them first hand information and option to joining your growing team this month!

8.  Lead others with your passion and be positive about the success you are having this new year with your growing team. Lead them, they will follow!

9.  Share and educate others about your product. When people see the benefits of your product, your passion about your product and how easy it is to share and sell, they will want to join and educate others as well. Share your passion!

10.  Seal the deal, don't let them think on it, close the sponsorship deal if they don't have any objections. There are people who are ready to join and are just waiting to be asked! Get those to  run with your vision of growth!

The 10 Commandments of a Successful Recruiter

The 10 Commandments of a Successful Recruiter

Are you being a successful sponsor? Read these 10 Commandments and change up your leadership!

1.  Always lead by example. Let your new team members see you have sales and bookings. Take them with you to your appointments and let them learn from the best - you!

2.  Attend all your weekly team meetings or conference calls. Show up to go up (in person or on the phone!)

3.  Communicate frequently with your new team members. Emails, e-cards, a short call, texts, facebook, skype  -any of these ways show you care! Ask how they are doing and if they need any help.

4.  Be friendly with them, but distinguish the business from the friendship. Do not confuse the relationship, be professional , helpful, guide them, teach them. When building a friendship with your team members, be sure to get to know them, do not mix talking about business when you're building your friendship.

5.  Always talk about moving up in the company and in the business. Always have stock and cash and carry items on hand for unexpected orders.

6.  Always let your team members learn and earn. Do not enable them, let them watch you do things, guide them and let them know they can do it too.

7.  Keep a 100% positive attitude at all times. Refuse to listen to negativity. Break your sound barrier with positive sounds!

8.  Call your sponsor, upline, director. Share (ask them and tell them) about your team members. Make sure they know and you know what's going on with your downline.

9.  Help your team members get their first team member. Help them promote to their next level in the company, as they help their new recruit with their fast track or shooting star or power start.

10.  Never take responsibility for their lack of success. If they want to make it work, they need to and will make it work!
