Courteous vs. Rude
Polite vs. Irresponsible
Smiling vs. Impatient
Reliable vs. Non-responsive
Prompt vs. Detatched
Friendly vs. Poor listener
Follow up vs. Negative Attitude
Good listener vs. Hasty
Helpful vs. Unconcerned
Empathetic vs. Uncooperative
Concerned vs. Inflexible
Thoughtful vs. Indifferent
Accommodating vs. Lacking Knowledge
These can be mixed and matched accordingly. Which side would you rather be on? Remember that giving the best Customer Service results in loyal customers, hosts/hostesses and and referrals.
